Return Policy

Your purchase has been made at the moment you have received your items! After receipt of the goods you have the right to annull during 10 days if you are in any way not satisfied with one of the products. You may exchange this item for another color or size. In case you are not satisfied with one of the items you may also return it and are eligible for a refund.

Your money will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of returned goods. In order to receive a full refund the item must be returned unused and undamaged.

Shipment fees for items returned to Tribalsociete.com will be paid by the customer. Tribalsociete.com will pay the shipping fees for your exchange item(s) to be shipped to you.

You can notify us of items you would like to return or change through your My Account page. Go to the order that contains items you like to return and click on the Return / Changes icon in the order overview. After having done so follow the instructions on the screen and you will receive instructions for sending your order back. You will also receive a confirmation email and you need to print this email and enclose it with the item(s) that you will return.

In the rare instance where we may have sent something in error, we will gladly pay for return shipping.
