Swept In, Swept Away, Swept Out of the Windy City

Early last week before Thanksgiving, Tribal Gal #1 and #3 made a whirlwind trip to Skokie, Illinios to participate in an International Holiday Boutique. Our exquisite colorful scarves and warm, soft blankets, in addition to our handmade gift wrapping paper, were huge hits. And, of course, we had to hit the town for some live Blues after two days of hard work! After all, we were in the Blues capital of the world. Believe it or not, we dared to ask our taxi driver, who recommended Kingston Mines for the real experience. Twenty minutes later, we were watching Linsey Alexander and his group (www.linseyalexander.com) take the place by storm. Eventhough our trip was less than 48 hours, Tribal Gal #1 and #3 agree that there is nothing like being swept away in the Windy City.
